Annual report on the implementation of the ENEMLOS project for 2020

According to the rules of the Erasmus+ program, partner institutions participating in the supported projects, including ENEMLOS, should submit an Annual Implementation Report in the first quarter of the current year for the preceding year. The report consists from two parts, i.e. the Activity Report and the Financial Report, which is filled in a predefined form. the Annual Report, with accompanying documentation as evidence of the implemented activities and the reasons for spending the allocated project funds, is via the Project coordinator submitted to the donor, i.e. the Erasmus + program.

The estimate of the value added by which the Bar Chamber of Montenegro has increased the value of the ENEMLOS project on its own initiative, contained in the Co-financing Statement, was calculated on the basis of the invoices paid to third parties, the value of the collected donations and the value of PRO BONO work of the implementation team members that is estimated by taking into account the tariffs envisaged by the project, rather than the Bar’s Tariff or the market prices.

The funds disbursed from the project’s budget were disbursed according to the established project tariff for the strictly planned activities of the project.
