Third ENEMLOS Management Board meeting

Third ENEMLOS Management Board meeting was held at the Faculty of Law of the UoM on October 12, 2023. Project Manager dr Nina Radulović attended the meeting on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro.

The following Agenda was discussed during the meeting:

9.45 - 10.00 Welcome and introductory speeches were presented by: Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, Dean of the Faculty of Law Prof. dr Aneta Spaić and Coordinator Prof. dr Biljana Djuričin

10.00 - 10.30 Presentation of the draft Report on the quality analysis of ENEMLOS activities by the Chief project manager for Project Quality Doc. Dr. Juraj Brozović from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb as a preparation for the meeting of the Quality Board scheduled in Warsaw on October 21, 2023.

10.30 - 11.00 The Report on the implementation of the project in the final period (December 2022-October 2023) was submitted by the Project Coordinator Prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin

11.00 - 11.30 Coffee break

12.00 - 13.15 D Discussion about the previous activities of the present representatives of the partner institutions:

- Reports from faculties on work with live clients at legal clinics (representatives of the faculties of Podgorica, Priština, Gnjilane and Peć) with planned activities until the end of the project

- Presentation of the Guidebook on the best practice of clinical legal education

13.15-14.00 Instructions for consortium partners on financial and other aspects of ENEMLOS were presented by Doc. Dr. Nikola Dožić, together with the Register of alumni of the law clinic at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica

14.00-14.30 Tour of the Faculty and its premises of the new legal clinic and library space with the present partners
