Third ENEMLOS Management Board meeting

Third ENEMLOS Management Board meeting was held at the Faculty of Law of the UoM on October 12, 2023. Project Manager dr Nina Radulović attended the meeting on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro.

Third ENEMLOS Quality board meeting

On October 21, 2023, a meeting of the Quality Board of the project ENEMLOS was held at the Lazarski University in Warsaw, in organization of the Foundation of University Clinics of Poland. The meeting was attended by members of Quality board from the faculties of law in Podgorica, Pristina, Pec, Zagreb and London (Regent’s), as well as the representatives of the Foundation of University Clinics in Warsaw and members of non-academic partners from Montenegro.

On June 19, 2023, a delegation of Regent's University from London, Great Britain paid a study visit to the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro within the framework of the ENEMLOS project.

First certificates for work at the Law Clinic

On June 9, 2023 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, the first certificates for work at the Law Clinic within the ENEMLOS project were distributed to 72 students who were engaged in working with live clients.

Fifth ENEMLOS training: Second instance procedure in civil proceedings

On March 30, 2023, the Bar Chamber of Montenegro, as part of the ENEMLOS project, held the fifth training session for the participants of the ENEMLOS legal clinic, on the subject of second-instance proceedings in civil proceedings, as well as the importance of an appeal as a regular legal remedy.

Pristina Law Faculty visited Law Faculty UoM

A delegation from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pristina, a partner in the ENEMLOS project, visited the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro and the Law Clinic on 21 December 2022. The delegation was led by Dean Prof. Dr. Avni Puka, Professors Bedri Peci and Muhamed Vokri and 10 students, and during the visit they spoke with the dean, Prof. Dr. Anet Spaić.

Visit of partners from Croatia

Representatives of the ENEMLOS partner institution from Croatia, the University of Zagreb, visited Montenegrin partner institutions on June 29, 2022. Project coordinator Prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin welcomed Croatian colleagues prof. Dr. Alan Uzelac, assistant professor Dr. Marko Bratković and Dr. Juraj Brozović in the premises of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro.

ENEMLOS study visit to London postponed

A study visit to Regent's University in London, United Kingdom, was planned to take place from 7 to 11 June this year. According to the Agenda of the event, the visit should have been attended by partner institutions from Montenegro and Kosovo. On that occasion, the partners from Britain would introduce the regional ENEMLOS partners with their experience and practices in working with legal clinics, but also with the national system of free legal aid.

Support for the re-accreditation of the Faculty of Law

The director of the ENEMLOS project for the Bar Chamber of Montenegro, dr. Nina Radulović, together with representatives of other institutions from the judiciary sector and the economy (banking sector), assisted in the process of reaccreditation of the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro.

The legal clinic started working

The Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro started working with real clients at the Legal Clinic on May 17, 2022. The clinic will provide free legal aid to real clients, vulnerable groups, within the ENEMLOS project.

Study visit to Poland

A delegation of ENEMLOS project partners from Montenegro, academic and non-academic, visited legal clinics at several universities in Poland in the period from March 28 to April 1, 2022. The host and main organizer of the visit was a Polish partner, the Polish Legal Clinics Foundation, headed by dr. Filip Czernicki. The Bar Chamber, within the delegation, was represented by the director dr. Nina Radulović and the implementing attorney Marija Živković.

National project team meeting

The ENEMLOS project team from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro hosted other representatives of non-academic partners at the national level at the Faculty of Law, on February 17, 2022. The meeting was led by the project coordinator prof. dr. Biljana Đuričin, and on behalf of the Bar Chamber of Montenegro was attended by Director dr. Nina Radulović.
