Invitation for training for the work at the Legal Clinic, Zagreb on-line, 7-9.12.2020.

Respected colleagues,

The dynamics of the implementation activities related to the ENEMLOS project has slowed down due to the circumstances caused by the Corona virus pandemic. However, in the current situation, the Faculty of Law of the UoM and the Bar Chamber of Montenegro are putting the best efforts to adjustthe implementation to the existing conditions.

The Faculty of Law in Zagreb, which is a partner institution with experience in the pertinent field, is organizing one of the planned trainings for work at the Legal Clinic.

The training will be held on December 7-9, 2020, online, in Croatian language.

It will be possible to follow the training online from the amphitheatre of the Faculty of Law in Podgorica. The BCoM has also requested for attorneys at law the possibility of direct access to the online platform from personal computers. You will be notified in advance of all the technical details.

The subject of the training will be:
Day 1 - CLINICAL LEGAL EDUCATION - CONCEPT AND BASIC PRINCIPLES
Day 2 - ESTABLISHMENT OF LEGAL CLINICS - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Day 3 - LEGAL ADVICE IN PRACTICE - FROM CONCEPT TO RESULT

Students from both Zagreb and Podgorica will be present at the training.

We invite all colleagues who have expressed interest to join the implementation of the ENEMLOS project to register for the participation in the event by Thursday, November 19, 2020. You perform the registration by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address of the BCoM, with an indication of the date ( a day envisaged by the Training Program) for which you confirm your presence.

Bearing in mind that the Training Program is intensive and requires significant time to be dedicated by the participants, we have confirmed a permission from the organizers to access the Program “at will and choice“ during its duration. However, given the attached Training Program, for successful implementation by the BCoM members, it is especially important to follow the presentations scheduled for its third day. Therefore, we would kindly ask you for a positive response regarding this part of the Program.
